Some information you need to know before you submit this form:

  • We will not automatically suspend your payments as a result of you submitting this form. We will call you first to understand more about your current situation, and your ability to make repayments on your loan.
  • We will discuss assistance options available to you. Please be aware that some assistance options may mean you end up paying more interest over the life of your loan.
